Joanna Spry is the owner of Blue Water Salon in Fairhope, Alabama, and has spent 22 years behind the chair doing what she loves. She’s passionate about education and spent eight years teaching for Pureology, helping other stylists grow while staying inspired herself.

Joanna has won multiple stylist awards and is especially known for her love of color, creating looks that are both beautiful and healthy for her clients’ hair.

When she’s not in the salon, Joanna is a wife and mom of two, enjoying family time and life on the Eastern Shore.

Roxanne Wilson is a licensed cosmetologist with a passion for helping people feel confident and look their best. She especially enjoys haircutting and creating styles that are practical, flattering, and easy to maintain. One of her favorite parts of being a stylist is building genuine relationships with her clients, and she strives to make every appointment welcoming, relaxing, and personalized.

Outside of the salon, Roxanne enjoys spending time with her family and fiancé and loves being outdoors. With a true heart for people, she values getting to know each client who sits in her chair. She is excited to continue growing in the beauty industry while helping her clients leave feeling refreshed, confident, and well cared for.

Jo Harwell has spent an incredible 43 years behind the chair, bringing skill, experience, and heart to everything she does. Known as one of the most positive and energetic people you’ll ever meet, Jo creates an atmosphere where clients feel relaxed, happy, and completely taken care of.

She’s a highly skilled stylist who loves making people feel their best, and her passion for the industry shines through in every appointment. When she’s not at Blue Water Salon, Jo is a proud mom of three boys and a joyful grandmother to eight grandkids—which perfectly matches her big energy and even bigger heart.

Marcus is a dedicated hair designer based in Fairhope, Alabama. His passion for hair spans from precision cutting to creative coloring. He loves working with clients of all genders and ages — including the little ones.

Known for his friendly energy and attention to detail, Marcus creates styles that showcase each client’s individuality while ensuring they leave his chair feeling confident and cared for. He moved here from San Francisco, where he worked in marketing for Banana Republic, Gap and Old Navy. Fun fact: his tuxedo cats, Oreo and Taco, totally run his household!

Jennifer Dunklin is a Louisiana native with over 21 years behind the chair. After moving to Baldwin County in 2022, she brought her passion for change, creativity, and personalized hair experiences to the Gulf Coast. Known for honest conversations and thoughtful recommendations, Jennifer specializes in creating hair that feels elevated yet effortless.

When she’s not behind the chair, she manages social media for Blue Water Salon, loves continuing education, and spends time with her cat, Louie.
