Joanna Spry is the owner of Blue Water Salon in Fairhope, Alabama, and has spent 22 years behind the chair doing what she loves. She’s passionate about education and spent eight years teaching for Pureology, helping other stylists grow while staying inspired herself.
Joanna has won multiple stylist awards and is especially known for her love of color, creating looks that are both beautiful and healthy for her clients’ hair.
When she’s not in the salon, Joanna is a wife and mom of two, enjoying family time and life on the Eastern Shore.

She’s a highly skilled stylist who loves making people feel their best, and her passion for the industry shines through in every appointment. When she’s not at Blue Water Salon, Jo is a proud mom of three boys and a joyful grandmother to eight grandkids—which perfectly matches her big energy and even bigger heart.

Marcus is a dedicated hair designer based in Fairhope, Alabama. His passion for hair spans from precision cutting to creative coloring. He loves working with clients of all genders and ages — including the little ones.
Known for his friendly energy and attention to detail, Marcus creates styles that showcase each client’s individuality while ensuring they leave his chair feeling confident and cared for. He moved here from San Francisco, where he worked in marketing for Banana Republic, Gap and Old Navy. Fun fact: his tuxedo cats, Oreo and Taco, totally run his household!
